An hour is an hour of speech, counted to the minute. Silence, songs and pauses are not counted.
The hours in a plan are hours of speech in one language. Each additional language is charged for every hour.
The language being spoken is free on the phones alongside any translation of it.
Your plan is charged on the 1st of each month, with any extra hours from the month before. No contract: cancel whenever you like. Sales tax is added where it applies.
You can change plan whenever you like. A change starts on the 1st of the next month.
